I feel extremely exhausted, like I just did a marathon, but I only leisurely strolled about outside for about 40 minutes or so. Something is definitely out of whack with my body. I have a kidney biopsy tomorrow morning. It sounds gruesome, but I am looking forward to it greatly. It is just one step towards finding and fixing the problem with me...
