5/27/2008

Last night was exceptional as I hung out with friends at TKO's sports bar and grill. We watched the Cavs versus Magic playoff game, and even though the Ohio team lost it was a nail biter. My doctors appointment yesterday morning was good. We are taking different steps to bring down my blood pressure and reduce the swelling in my legs. Swollen appendages gave cause to me weighing in at 13 pounds more than I did three weeks ago. My high blood pressure runs in the family. Oh well, I guess extremely high pressure is a small price to pay for being a Schroeder. Being pat of this family is seemingly amazing. I am fairly confident that this all stems from my auto accident over 11 years ago, but I love my life so there are no regrets. Heck if the accident had not occurred I never would have met my friend Amy, and she makes me feel so youthful. Some might say I am old, at 30, but her representing many old person traits (mainly eye sight and driving ability) make me feel 10 years younger.
